All service technicians are STEK certified. STEK (Stichting Erkenning Koeltechniek) is a Dutch standard and stands for "foundation for recognition of refrigeration technology". STEK certification is mandatory by Dutch law.

  Also Cool Repair is a member of the Dutch NVKL (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Koeltechniek en Luchtbehandeling). NVKL is a member of the European associations AREA, Air conditioning and Refrigeration European Association and CECOMAF, Comité Européen des Constructeurs de Matériel Frigorifique. This is the Netherlands Federation of Enterprises in the field of Refrigeration Technology and Air Conditioning.

Cool Repair is the training center for refrigeration technicians of service organizations who work closely with either Poly Temp Scientific BV or one of its many Revco distributors.
