Three
Levels of Sophistication
Performance,
Reliability,
Selection and Craftsmanship
Revco freezers have earned
a worldwide reputation for the highest standards of dependability and
performance in demanding laboratory environments. Today, each chest
and upright cabinet shares a basic technology and design platform common
to all Revco freezers, while three distinct series - Ultima II, Elite
and Value - offer multiple levels of control sophistication to meet
your needs.
Refrigeration
Ultra-low models are available in four upright and six chest models,
Ultima II, Elite and Value performance packages, each with the Legaci
refrigeration sys-tem. Cryogenic models are powered by a patented orbital
refrigeration system designed to maintain uniform cryogenic temperatures
of -140°C and -150°C; available in Ultima II Series only.
Control
Technology
The Revco IntrLogic controller, standard on Ultima II Series cabinets,
features the industry's most advanced freezer, alarm and monitoring
technology, protecting both stored product and the refrigeration system.
IntrLogic supervises refrigeration cycles while managing information
for multi-level security.
Electrical
System
Because power management is critical to component reliability, each
Revco freezer includes an on-board voltage boost system, standard.
Alarm
The Ultima II Series freezer alarm system provides the most comprehensive
protec-tion available anywhere. The A.I.M. automatic incident monitor
takes the guesswork out of what has occurred overnight, on weekends,
holidays or anytime the freezer is unattended.
Monitoring
Extensive systems monitoring delivers real-time information to the IntrLogic
microprocessor controller on Ultima II Series freezers. Control panel
indicators create an intuitive display to verify freezer performance
at-a-glance.
Cabinet
Design
Refrigeration and electronic technology is integrated into a robust
freezer cabinet which assures economical operation, structural stability
and convenience in materials management. The door-mounted IntrLogic
control on Ultima II Series upright models puts all information at eye-level.
